Medical Specialist/Medical Manager (1)
Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers as an imaging expert. Advising customers on the appropriate imaging modalities and endpoints to best evaluate patient response to treatment
- Review key Project Specific imaging documentation to check relevance regarding imaging and study protocol.
- Supporting image manager with issues of radiological acquisition and quality standards at global investigator sites
- Representing the radiology group in project team meetings and customer meetings
- Contributing to analysis and answers to requests for information (RFI) and requests for proposals (RFP), extracting key study parameters and requirement
- Quality Control on the efficacy assessment by the selected readers and monitoring the reader performance
- R&D and scientific projects, white paper, scientific papers and conference
- Train internal and external stakeholder on medical topics if need
- Search, recruit, select, train and monitor independent readers , promote readers capabilities
- Perform radiological central reading as an internal reader
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or MD/PhD/board certified Radiologist.

Responsibilities:
- Uses SAS or other software to generate summary tables, data listings, graphs and derived datasets as specified in the statistical analysis plan and programming specifications.
- Works to ensure that outputs meet quality standards and project requirements.
- Performs validation programming and works with other Statistical Programmers, Biostatisticians, and other project team members to resolve discrepancies or any findings.

- Following Standard operating procedures evaluate sites for capability to participate in the imaging in assigned trials.
- Escalate site issues to Project Manager.
- Schedule and coordinate site trainings.
- Primary contact for clinical trial site activities.
- Maintain TMF and ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately according to SOPs. Ensure appropriate study documents are filed for audit readiness.
- Maintain Project Tracker.
- Document the discrepancies and remediation plans and instruct appropriate department on the correction required.
- Track and report project status to PM including site management activities, reading and deliverable.
- Support PM for monitoring internal team training and documentation.
- Support PM in project invoicing.
- Coordinate internal and external team effort to facilitate and meeting project timeline.

Image Specialist/Image Manager (2)
Responsibilities:
- Perform technical quality review of images per trial specifications.
- Complete quality control documentation according to standard operating procedures
- Generate, track, and resolve image queries to address technical issues in a timely manner
- Creation and review of imaging site questionnaires
- Develop training materials for imaging site personnel
- Develop site and internal imaging manuals
- Identify and assign cases reader for read assignment per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and the Study Specific Procedures
- Monitor the read assignment status and additional information in Clinical Trial Management Systems
- Keep good communication with the corresponding project manager and medical team.
- Perform technical training of imaging site personnel (on-site or telecon)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline ( Science, health related field, etc.) or a related study, or equivalent project-related experience
- Registered Technologist (R.T.) with advance modality experience in CT, MRI or Nuclear Medicine preferred
- Experience of regulated environments (GxP, etc…) or relevant testing experience from another domain that is transferable
- Experience of working in and knowledge of the life sciences sector
- Solid Professional experience in the same or very similar role
